In today’s tensed world where everything buzzes by you in a jiffy, no one pauses to stop and stare. With barely anytime to say a ‘hey-hi-hello’ to our neighbors and friends, one sure needs to at least find time to reconnect with the self. What better a way than to ‘de-stress the distress’ by some breathing exercises! Pranayama and other meditative techniques help one to regain composure, relax the system and rejuvenate the body to perform its day-to-day activities in a better way.
