This could be the biggest news and has been official, Microsoft has sent a letter to the board of directors of Yahoo extending a business partnership/acquisition at the rate of $31 per yahoo share. The total deal is worth $45 billion and also Microsoft is willing to pay more as per the sources. Earlier Microsoft showed interest during May of 2007 but this time it is more stronger and also at the right time when Yahoo is in crisis. Microsoft combined with yahoo will be massive and give a stiff competition to Google.
