May be this is the time of acquisitions and in a different way round Sales force has approached Oracle to see if they are interested in acquiring them for $75 a share which is 50% more than the closing rate. they have put forth many points which would mutually benefit both the companies and many looked feasible and lets see if this acquisition passes through.
