A wiki is simply a great tool and one of the best examples of user generated content. After web 2.0 kicked off wikis had an astonishing success as people felt that the collective knowledge of the people is much better and also found it very useful. Wiki Invest is one such wiki which has the main focus on Investing and it is a good resource for all those in the investing arena. It has many well researched articles about various companies and provides in depth information with ample charts there by making it very easy for the investor community.

I guess every one would have had a coffee at star bucks or at least heard about it. It is one of the most powerful brands in the world and i checked out the article about research on Starbucks and it has a lot of interesting information. If you want to know what is going good and what is bad about the company then the ‘bulls and bears column would be very useful. Little did i know that Star bucks is having stiff competition from the fast food giant McDonald’s. The article throws light on various issues and also the charts provide good information at the first glance. I did learn that starbucks has opened nearly 14000 outlets in the year of 2006 alone and has a presence in 37 countries across the world. The related articles and the company ticker also are very helpful.
