The cost of living in the cities has shot up like anything and a average income group family will not be in a position to meet the day to day expenses living in the city. The end result of this is that many people are moving out of the city and looking for homes in the sub urban regions where things get a little cheaper. They prefer those homes which they get at cheaper rates rather than paying loads of money living inside the London city. One other good reason is that you can get super cool sexy homes in the suburbs and people do see a great improvement in their quality of life.
The only thing which matters is that they have got to travel the distance may be for their work or study but people don;t mind as at the end of the day they are able to save more money. Statistics say that almost 1000 pounds can be knocked off from the monthly expenses if a person is willing to travel for an extra minute and all are glad to be in such trade off. The results can be seen before our eyes and the number of kilometers traveled by people has seen in a seven percentage increase in the past year.
